This page explains what information Atlas Marketing collects when you visit this website or fill out our contact form, and what we do with it. We keep this simple on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it directly.

Who we are

Atlas Marketing is a Meta advertising agency serving service and ecommerce businesses. Founder/CEO: Kanyon Cobb, based in Northwest Arkansas.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect whatever you enter into it, typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, budget range, and any message you write. We don't collect anything beyond what you type into that form.

We do not currently use advertising tracking pixels or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it before any tracking goes live.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services
• To reach out by phone, text, or email regarding a strategy call or your ad account, if you're a client

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which receives and stores your submission in order to deliver it to us. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to that processing; you can review them at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log basic technical information like your IP address as part of delivering those fonts, standard for any site using a font CDN.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period after. You can request deletion at any time, see below.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just reach out using the contact info below and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this section. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
